Zap is right. Also... try out 2 throax vs a bs on chaos right now. With the new tracking changes 1 mwd and then blasters is all it takes. Don't even need to run the mwd when you reach 20km as long as you aren't moving straight at the bs.

Use insta jumps bookmarks in 1.0 systems. Or.... fit your into for sheild tanking. 1 med tech II sheild booster, 2 hardners, 2 amps, and 1 med tech II capac battery. Frigates and missiles won't be able to do to much dmg before dieing.

Also CCP set it up so each time a rat spawns its faster. After a while they will spawn back the second you kill them. This makes chaining BS rats extremely dangerious.

Frigates using cruise are only good for fast strikes against crusiers. Or in large groups against bs. Give it a try once. You don't do all that much dmg. But.... cruise missiles are nice because they allow kestrels to be worth something in fleet....
